Our Process
Our step-by-step approach to deliver the best products.
Step 1
We procure groundnuts from across India. Each batch undergoes FFA, moisture, and IV value checks to ensure premium quality.
Step 2
The groundnuts are tested for purity and safety, then sun-dried and machine-dried. Our automated sorting system ensures zero human contact, maintaining absolute purity.
Step 3
The groundnuts are sorted by size and weight and then processed. The extracted oil undergoes a double filtration process, resulting in crystal-clear oil with preserved nutrients.
Step 4
Each batch is AGMARK-tested and approved for quality assurance. Only after certification is the oil cleared for packaging and distribution.
Step 5
During oil extraction, 8-10% of oil remains in the groundnut cake, which is repurposed as a natural fertilizer, ensuring zero waste production.
